The literal translation of pi hou is “naughty monkey.”  My dad used to call me that when I was growing up and he still calls me that on occasion. He used the term as a scold, a term of endearment, and a sign of pride.  My dad, of course, is the original pi hou and I’m a chip off the old block.

Anyway, I’m not sure what this blog will be about so I think the title is fitting.  Here goes.
